Materials List


  •  1 measuring cup  
  •  1 tablespoon (15ml)
  •  A bowl   




  • 2 drops of Japanese Peppermint essential oil




  • 2 drops of Spearmint essential oil
  • 1 drop of Exotic Verbena essential oil
  • 1 drop of Citrus Supreme Synergy
  •  2 cups of fresh strawberries
  •  1 tablespoon maple syrup




  •  Clean and cut strawberries into small pieces and put in a bowl.
  •  In the measuring cup, mix the essential oils with the maple syrup .
  •  Drizzle the syrup over the strawberries. 
  •  Mix well and serve.

It is important to know that some essential oils are not suitable for culinary use and should be avoided completely as they are neurotoxic if ingested orally.
