FLAVORED OIL FOR GUACAMOLE

Enhance your guacamole recipe with this olive oil aromatized with essential oils!  

 

Materials List


 

  •  1 teaspoon (7.5ml)
  •  1 tablespoon (15ml)
  •  1 fork 
  •  Two bowls 

 

Ingredients


 

Guacamole Oil

 

  • 3 drops of Lime (Sour Lime) essential oil
  • 1 drop of Coriander - Seed essential oil
  • 1 drop of Lemongrass - East Indian essential oil  or  1 drop of Citronella - Ceylon essential oil
  • 4 tsp of olive oil

 

 

Guacamole

  •  2 avocados.
  •  1 tbsp. olive oil or guacamole oil.
  •  1 tsp of garlic powder.
  •  1 dash of lemon or lime juice.
  •  Salt.
  •   Pepper.

 

Preparation


 

Guacamole Oil

  •  Separately, measure the olive oil in a container.
  •  Add the essential oils to the olive oil and mix. 
  •  Add the olive oil to the guacamole, mix well and serve with a drizzle of Guacamole oil.  

 

Guacamole

  •  Cut the avocados in half, remove the flesh with a spoon and put them in a bowl .
  •  With a fork, make a purée with the avocados and add the dash of lemon, to prevent them from turning brown.  
  •  Sprinkle with garlic powder, add salt and stir.  
  •  Serve with a drizzle of Guacamole oil.
