Easy to prepare, try this mask for dry, brittle hair or simply to restore damaged hair caused by climate conditions, hair dryer or flat iron.


Materials List


  •  A Blue Glass Jar 60 ml - White Lid
  •  Small pan
  •  Bowl
  •  Spatula
  •  Tablespoon
  •  Teaspoon




  •  2 tablespoons of melted deodorized Shea Butter
  •  2 tablespoons + 1 tea spoon of Castor beauty oil
  •  5 drops of Lavander Fine essential oil
  •  5 drops of Ylang Ylang III essential oil
  •  5 drops of Rosemary Verbenone type
  •  5 drops of Vitamin E (preservative)





  •  Melt 2 table spoons of Shea butter in a double boiler.
  •  Add Vitamin E and mix.
  •  Add Castor beauty oil.
  •  Add essential oils.
  •  Stir again.
  •  Pour into the glass jar.
  •  Leave to cool in the fridge.
  •  Apply mask and massage into hair. For better result, wrap hair in a hand towel. Leave into hair for 1 hour.
  •  Shampoo to remove excess oil. (Repeat shampoo to rinse hair thoroughly if necessary).
  •  Repeat procedure on a regular basis at least twice monthly.


Precautions & recommendations


  •  Keep the mixture in a glass jar at room temperature.
  •  For persons with allergies, the recipe may be prepared without essential oils.
