Topical (Adults) Mix 1 to 2 drops in 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) of vegetable oil; apply to the affected area (joint or stomach) 3 times a day.

Myrrh is the best you can use to brush your teeth and protect your gums. Will lift off yellow stains and kill harmful bacteria and balance the mouth. If you have gum disease or yellow teeth, Myrrh will kill the bad bacteria and literally whiten the teeth again! I am so happy to have my teeth looking good again!
