Inhalation (Adults) : Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water/facial steamer machine. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes, up to 3 times a day.

History

History

A type of shrub with year-round foliage, the Laurel Leaf (Bay Laurel) originated in the Mediterranean basin. During the time of the Roman Empire, the wearing of a crown of laurels symbolized strength and triumph. When rubbed, the leaves release a pleasant fragrance.
