• Topical (Adults) Mix 1 drop in 1 teaspoon (5ml) of vegetable oil; apply locally 3 times a day.
• Inhalation (Digestive Syst.) Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water or a diffuser. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes.

Citronella – Ceylon is a large perennial herb grown in the warm and humid regions of Sri Lanka and southeast Asia. Its lemony odour diffuses well and repels insects. It is cultivated as an aromatic herb with its leaves used widely in Asian cuisine. Citronella -Ceylon is also found in soaps, eau de toilette and perfume.
