Topical (Adults): Mix 1 to 2 drops in ½ tsp (2.5ml) of vegetable oil.
NOT FOR USE ON CHILDREN UNDER 3 YEARS OF AGE OR WOMEN WHO ARE PREGNANT OR NURSING. For external and cosmetic use only. Do not use essential oils undiluted. Keep out of reach of children. If accidental ingestion occurs, seek urgent medical attention or contact a Poison Control Center. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil. If you have epilepsy or asthma, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. If nausea, dizziness, headache or allergic reactions occur, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or persist. Once considered the king of the forest because of its impressive height (formerly up to 90 metres, today, an average of up to 45 metres), White Pine has since been dethroned by Maple and Fir due to overcutting, disease and pollution. On average, it lives for 200 to 400 years thanks to its extreme resistance to decomposition. Its main habitat is Eastern North America: Ontario and Quebec, the Maritimes and Newfoundland.

Myrrh is the best you can use to brush your teeth and protect your gums. Will lift off yellow stains and kill harmful bacteria and balance the mouth. If you have gum disease or yellow teeth, Myrrh will kill the bad bacteria and literally whiten the teeth again! I am so happy to have my teeth looking good again!
