Add a few drops in a diffuser, in a bath by diluting them with any unscented or lightly scented foaming product (shampoo, shower gel, bubble bath…) or with EMULSIUM, our emulsifier which is a dispersant for essential oils in water (perfect for bath, DIY body mists and room sprays). Important: Read posology below.

Warning: Never add essential oils directly into your bath water, they are not water soluble as the drops will just float on top of water, creating a surface layer of oil which may cause skin irritation. Remember to use essential oils sparingly as they are very powerful.

Inhalation: Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water or a diffuser. Inhale slowly for 5-10 minutes.

If accidental ingestion occurs, seek urgent medical attention or contact a Poison Control Center. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you have epilepsy or asthma, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. May cause allergic reaction (e.g. irritation of the respiratory tract) in which case, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. If nausea, dizziness, headache or allergic reactions occur, discontinue use. Avoid exposing treated area to sunlight for 24 to 48hrs after application. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or persist.
